I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in the state of Washington. I recieved a Masters of Counseling Pscyhology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Communications and minors in Park and Recreation Adminstration and Religious Studies from Missouri State University. 

I’m a white, queer, and cis female who enjoys nature, running, a good cup of coffee and book, and time with friends, my partner and dog.
